In this modern age we are now in, there are still a lot of people who doesn't even know how to use a computer and don't even know what the internet is for, and what is it capable of doing.

Yes. I have met some of them. And you won't believe how unaware are they of the digital world.

When you're in the computer rental business, a day without seeing them is unnatural.

Most of the digitally unaware are people aged 50 and above. I'm pretty sure they have heard of the word computer, but they don't bother learning how to use it.

Probably because they don't need it in their current lifestyle. They also believe they are too old to learn using a computer. They believe they don't have a need to learn it. Until later on when they realize telegrams and snail mails are not the "in" thing anymore.
